We are looking for a Sales Administrator to cover a period of maternity leave in our team at Saxham dealership within MANNS.
We are seeking an individual who is self-motivated, reliable and enthusiastic.
Main Duties:
* Joining the Sales Administration team:
* Dealing with whole good sales processes.
* Inputting of sales data into dealer management system
* Export process
* DVLA registrations
* Producing weekly and monthly sales reports
* Sending out of invoices and statements
* Managing and distributing incoming and outgoing post/emails
* Answering telephone enquiries - taking and distributing messages
* Day to day assistance to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Qualifications:
* Maths and English GCSE at level 4 or above
* A good understanding of Microsoft Office products
* Attention to deal with a high level of accuracy
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills
* UK driving licence would be advantageous.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
