About the role
RS Recovery are recruiting a full time Fleet Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis from 09:00-17:00, Monday to Friday.
Based in our Tipton head office, you will report directly to the Workshop Manager and will support the Fleet Admin team. Experience is preferred but not essential as we will invest in your development, whilst providing a range of learning opportunities within the role and you will be encouraged to develop your ideas to help shape the future of the company.
Your role will include but won't be limited to the following:
* Manage fleet compliance schedule including daily vehicle checks, DVS, Clean Air Zone and ULEZ admin and ensure documentation is up to date
* Manage incidents - liaising with both insurance and staff to ensure effective resolution and communication
* Managing stock levels
* Assist with staff onboarding and deploying, PPE and electronic devices.
* Liaise with customers via telephone, email and in person
* Assist with preparing training plans
* Generate weekly performance reports
What you need to succeed
* Confidence to communicate effectively and accurately with a wide variety of people
* Work to a high degree of accuracy, ensuring a reliable attention to detail
* Data entry skills and knowledge of databases and spreadsheets, including Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
* Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
* Experience preferred but full training to be provided
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
