The role of the Roofing Operative– Commercial Roofing will involve:
* Roofing Supervisor positions dealing with the refurbishment of commercial roofing and cladding systems
* Follow all SHEQ policies, carry out risk assessments, and adhere to client site rules at all times.
* Communicate professionally, respond promptly to requests, and maintain a respectful, presentable image on site.
* Plan and organise tools, materials, and tasks efficiently to deliver high-quality work on time.
* Participate in briefings and toolbox talks, support colleagues and apprentices, and promote a positive team environment.
* Accurately record work progress, complete site audits, and use company systems (tablet/portal) in line with procedures.
The ideal applicant will be a Roofing Operative– Commercial Roofing with:
* Must have roofing experience in sheeting/cladding
* Ideally have experience across multiple roofing types such as; flat roofing, green roofs, single ply, pitched etc
* CSCS card
* Sound understanding of Health & Safety legislation
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
* Resilient individual who can deal with queries in a professional manor
* Excellent communication across all levels both written and verbal
* IT literate (Microsoft Office)
* Full UK driving license
