Our EMEA Based Account Manager Role

As an Account Manager based hybrid-style from our jazzy new Milton Keynes office location*, you'll be the superhero who builds and nurtures relationships with our awesome clients. You'll understand their business needs and goals and develop strategies to grow and retain our customer revenue base. You'll be the go-to person, helping clients achieve their business goals by building trust and providing strategic solutions.

Responsibilities:

* Achieve and improve customer retention targets.
* Execute strategies to upsell and cross-sell into existing customers.
* Exceed aftersales revenue targets through effective customer outreach programs.
* Report on customer metrics, including customer contact, renewals, and add-on revenue.
* Assist with escalations and coordinate with appropriate resources for resolution.
* Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, success, and support teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.


What to Expect:

Gain a deep understanding of customers' needs and expectations.

Develop tactics to deliver the most appropriate products or services.

Use outstanding communication skills to present to and influence key stakeholders.

Work cross-departmentally with sales, marketing, and product development to serve customers and identify new sales

opportunities.

What You Need:

* A minimum of 4 years' experience in the SaaS or Event Tech space, in account management.
* Highly organized with exceptional communication & problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
* A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a sense of urgency & ownership.
* Passion for building long-lasting customer relationships.
