Oversee global transactional processes and manage the team responsible for their execution. Propose and implement structural changes within the team to enhance service delivery. Regularly review work flows, identify areas for improvement, and drive necessary process changes. Set clear team goals and KPIs to align with overall objectives. Develop and maintain a reporting system that holds each office accountable for billing quality, while collaborating with local teams to foster continuous improvements. Assess individual team member's skills and allocate workloads effectively to maximise efficiency and output. Encourage team members to embrace new responsibilities and provide support for their professional development. Ensure a clear development and succession plan is in place for the team. Lead and champion change initiatives within the team.
