How You Will Make an Impact
In this days-based role (MondayFriday, 37.5 hours), you will lead the Site Utilities & Services function at Stourton Dairy, shaping the strategy and day-to-day execution that keeps our site safe, compliant and reliable. You will build team capability, develop best-practice maintenance strategies, and drive transformational change across critical utilities and services.
1. Champion safety and culture; own team service and performance (safety, compliance, quality, cost, delivery, motivation, plant)
2. Implement best-practice maintenance strategies and asset care plans (internal and 3rd party) in line with statutory/technical regulations (e.g., PSSR, LEV, LOLER, L8, ATEX/DSEAR)
3. Lead utilities and services across ammonia refrigeration, air handling, compressed air, site water/drainage, effluent plants, cooling water/towers, steam boilers, CHP engines, buildings/offices/grounds
