Overview
We require a candidate with a demonstrated track record in project management, possessing the authority and capability to coordinate day-to-day project operations. The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong sense of motivation and drive, demonstrating a proactive and enthusiastic approach to their responsibilities.
Responsibilities include:
● Provide Radio Frequency Management
● Provide synergy between the existing procedures, support, and management structures to effectively address the global and regional requirements of the client's Land Mobile Radio (LMR) model.
● Minimise the response time for triaging and ticketing failures in the LMR network, thus reducing the physical vulnerability within the building's security.
● Provide 24 hrs / 5 days a week service desk support to global projects.
● Creating immediate and timely responses to unforeseen failures and occurrences.
● Developing processes, creating and maintaining documentation and user guides and delivering familiarisation globally for LMR and access control.
● Flexibility regarding work hours is essential for this role, including shift patterns.
