Your new role
This is an outstanding opportunity for a mid-level Commercial Property Associate to join a thriving and well-regarded Commercial Property team based in Southampton. In this role, you will take ownership of a varied and high-quality caseload, advising on a broad range of commercial property and asset management matters. This will include acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, lease negotiations, portfolio management and strategic asset management projects.You will act for a diverse client base, including investors, developers, corporate occupiers and asset managers, and you'll work closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver joined-up, commercially focused advice.
