Job Description
* Guiding the team to plan user stories based on business priorities set by the Product Owner and identifying risks and dependencies.
* Facilitate Breakout Sessions, ensuring proper discussions and adherence to timeboxes.
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies, specifically Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective sessions for the teams.
* Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
* Assist with internal and external communication by providing Agile metrics and reporting, improving transparency, and sharing information through burn-up and burn-down charts as well as other means.
* Coordinate with other teams, communicate dependencies, and proactively reach agreements on dependencies.
