Overview
We are seeking a highly dedicated customer service advisor who can confidently deliver excellent customer service to our customers and provide internal support to our product sales consultants by resolving non-product related issues.
Key Tasks
* Ensure all customer after-sales issues are dealt with according to Andertons standards of excellence and within agreed time targets.
* Provide support to the sales team in pre/post-related activities.
* Administrative support to the sales team and help cover additional administrative tasks
* Resolve courier issues and process refunds and exchanges
Key Skills
* Active listening skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively
* Strong administrative skills and the ability to multi-task
* Clear and articulate telephone manner
* A high attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately
* Be adaptable and resourceful in coming up with good solutions to any customer problems.
* Ability to stay calm and take ownership of and be accountable for resolving customer issues
* Contract Type: Full Time
* Working Hours: 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday
* Job Location: Andertons Store, Guildford
