Job Title: Delivery Team Administrator
Location: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, Health Innovation East Midlands
Hours: hours per week (Minimum 3 days per week)
Trust Location: Home based, Occasional travel to Nottingham office located at the University of Nottingham's Innovation Park, Triumph Road, Nottingham NG7 2TU.

What you'll be responsible for:
1. Provide administrative support to the team's Quarterly Reporting process.
2. Supporting HR functions: arranging half year/annual appraisals, monitoring mandatory training compliance, recruitment, personnel filing management.
3. Work closely with Programme Co-ordinators across HIEM to ensure consistency of delivery and best practice is adopted.
4. Organise and facilitate meetings, communities of practice and webinars as required.
5. Attend internal meetings as required and maintain excellent working relationships with internal stakeholders.
You'll learn the following whilst working at the trust:
1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
You'll have the following skills/experience:
Skills:
· Microsoft office package knowledge e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel.
· Ability to use own initiative and attention to detail.
· Excellent administrative experience and great organization skills.
· Excellent interpersonal skills.
· Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
