Working in a hybrid role, 1 day a week from home and 4 in the London office, you will support this fast paced brand with merchandising decisions across your product category and across all sales channels including Stores and Online. Supported by an MAA, you will own your Weekly Sales, Stock, and Intake. Making decisions on open to buy and in season trading. Key performance indicators in this role include: Sales V plan OTB accuracy Stock turnover Sell through rate Gross margin / Markdown Stock availability Lessons learned The successful candidate will already be working as an Assistant Merchandiser or Junior Merchandiser, ready for a move into a larger format business. You will be Data Driven and able to work accurately and commercially in a sophisticated and established brand. We are open to candidates from Fashion, Supermarkets, non-clothing. This is a sizable business with scope for progression. salaries from £31,000 - £38,000 depending on experience.
