Play a key role in making, repairing, and altering our drysuits and surface suits. As well as building new suits, we carry out a wide range of bespoke alterations — from changing neck seals to adding zips, pockets, and other custom features.
In our workshop, you will be part of an experienced team that takes real pride in their work. Every suit we produce, or repair is handled with care and skill, ensuring our customers get safe, reliable, comfortable, and long-lasting drysuits that they can trust.
Hours: This role is full- time hours only. Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 17:00 pm. This is a fully onsite role, so you will be right in the heart of the action in our workshop.

Job Description:
Ensure smooth and efficient operations in both the repair and manufacturing of diving suits.
Perform all types of suit repairs, including:
· Replacement of neck seals (latex and neoprene)
· Replacement of wrist seals (latex and neoprene)
· Footwear modifications (latex socks, neoprene socks, boots, safety wellingtons)
· Installation or replacement of zippers (plastic or metal, fly zips, front-entry, and rear-entry zips)
Apply internal taping to suits to ensure they are fully sealed and leak-free.
Assemble new diving suits using the same technical repair and construction techniques.
Conduct thorough quality control checks to ensure all suits meet company standards.
Expertly glue a variety of materials, such as neoprene and tri-laminate, creating strong, long-lasting bonds in line with product specifications.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment by adhering to safety guidelines and housekeeping procedures.
Assist with additional tasks as directed by the Repairs Manager to support production goals and overall operational efficiency.
