What you’ll be getting stuck into as a Community Fundraiser
Managing and growing a portfolio of challenge events to increase income
Coordinating national campaigns and community-led fundraising activities
Creating engaging digital content to drive supporter engagement
Developing and stewarding supporter relationships that lead to repeat fundraising
Showcasing community stories that strengthen emotional connection and reach
Supporting additional income streams, including small-scale corporate partnerships as the role evolves
What you’ll bring to the table as a Community Fundraiser
Previous experience building and managing external relationships (fundraising, sales or customer-facing roles)
Experience coordinating events, campaigns or community initiatives
Strong written communication skills, including digital and social media content
Experience managing multiple projects and tracking activity effectively
Exposure to supporter journeys, stewardship activity or income growth initiatives
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week (full-time) or 30 hours per week (part-time). Some occasional evening and weekend work required, with time off in lieu provided.
