English Teacher - Sunderland

CER Education is currently recruiting a passionate and committed English Teacher to work in a lovely secondary school in Sunderland, starting ASAP.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive school with a positive learning environment. The role is expected to run until at least the summer holidays, with the potential to be extended beyond this.
The Role
* Teaching English across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons
* Marking and assessing in line with school policies
* Supporting pupils to achieve their full potential
* Working collaboratively within a welcoming English department
Who Can Apply
* Suitable for ECTs and experienced teachers
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching English in UK secondary schools (training placements considered for ECTs)
* Strong classroom management skills
