About the Company: Our client is a specialist in unregulated bridging finance across buy-to-let and commercial property markets. They are backed by institutional capital from global credit funds and investment banks, and run by proven entrepreneurs. Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving sales and managing key client relationships. You’ll work closely with brokers and clients, assessing lending requirements, structuring suitable solutions, and ensuring a seamless process from application through to completion. Key Responsibilities: Generate and manage new business opportunities in bridging finance. Build and maintain strong client and broker relationships. Assess client needs and present tailored funding solutions. Conduct initial risk assessments and ensure smooth loan applications. Collaborate with internal underwriting and operations teams. Requirements: At least 2 years experience in sales, business development, or relationship management. Knowledge of bridging finance, mortgages, or wider real estate lending (preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to assess client financial needs and risk profiles. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Professional qualifications (e.g. CFA, CeMAP, CPA) are desirable but not essential.
