The role
As a Business Development Consultant, your role will be key in supporting our sales team and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will have the desire to build a career within a fast growing company by working closely with and being mentored by our Head of Business Developement and Commercial Director. We are seeking someone who is highly motivated, passionate about what they do and a strong confident communicator.
Responsibilities
* Manage sales administration to a high level including, quotes, proposals, presentations, contracts & pricing
* Present and sell company services to current and potential clients via email, telephone and face to face
* Keep management informed by reviewing and analysing reports, summarising information and identifying trends
* Deliver accurate reports on service delivery and performance as required
* Manage client expectations by ensuring requests are responded to swiftly and problems are resolved

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Customer service / sales experience
* Presentable and professional appearance
* IT Literate
Experience
Prior experience in sales and face to face customer service would be an advantage.
