ROLE: Hospitality Manager - Premier Golf & Country Club

My client is a stylish and modern Golf & Country Club, nestled in 300 acres of stunning Worcestershire countryside. They are looking for a hands-on, highly capable Hospitality Manager to take full ownership of the daily F&B and accommodation operations, working across multiple outlets in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
About the Role:
As Hospitality Manager, you'll be responsible for the seamless delivery of food, beverage, and accommodation services across the Club, including the members' bar, casual dining, private events, and overnight stays. With a membership of over 500 golfers and regular private events for up to 120 guests, this is a role that demands energy, attention to detail, and strong leadership.
You'll be expected to be highly visible and involved on the floor, leading from the front and supporting your team across all areas. From managing stock, rotas, payroll, and pricing, to maintaining high standards and building guest loyalty-you'll play a central role in shaping the Club's hospitality experience.
What We're Looking For:
* A strong all-round Food & Beverage Manager or Hospitality Manager from a hotel or golf club background.
* Proven experience in events operations for groups of up to 120 guests.
* A hands-on leader with the confidence and experience to manage service delivery, while also being commercially focused.
* Strong skills in stock control, rota planning, payroll, and cost management.
* Someone with a deep understanding of the needs and expectations of golf club members as well as general guests and event clients.
* A collaborative manager who can motivate and develop teams and contribute to the broader business strategy.
