This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with Partners and experienced Consultants to learn the processes of searching for and assessing leadership talent. You will gain the ability to quickly interpret and understand a business’s operations, aspirations, and competitive landscape. You’ll work alongside experts in their industries or functions and develop a diverse range of highly transferable skills, including advanced research, analytical thinking, networking, communication, and persuasion.
This role is suited to individuals who are looking to enter the executive search industry in an agile environment that, more so than many search firms, allows rapid career progression contingent on exceptional performance.
