Tesco Property Maintenance is currently looking to recruit a HVAC Gas Engineer. This is a field-based role responsible for maintaining and servicing gas safe systems across a large retail estate. Working closely with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, this role involves reactive and planned maintenance of commercial gas and HVAC systems. The HVAC Engineer will ensure all parts and equipment are ordered as required and that all work is completed to the highest standards.

* Own tasks from start to resolution, informing stakeholders as required.
* Utilize mobile devices to drive best practices in work completion and updates.
* Use business systems for work order reporting to support asset lifecycle management.
* Support KPI delivery through practical skills and effective use of systems.

Requirements:
* Full driving license
* Health & Safety awareness
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Office 365 knowledge
* Level 3 City & Guilds or equivalent Mechanical Engineering/Engineering qualification
* Refrigeration and AC C&G 6187, 7189, 6090 or NVQ or equivalent
* Heating & Ventilation C&G 7188, 6288, 6188 or NVQ or equivalent
* Plumbing & Heating C&G 4467, 3345, 6189, 6035 or NVQ or equivalent
* C&G 2079 - F-Gas and ODS regulations (Air Con)
* Core gas safety (CCN1) including COCN1 & CODNCO1
* CENWAT, CDGA1, ICPN1, CIGA1, CORT1, TPCP1A, TPCP1, UNVENTED Hot Water Systems Certs G3, and other relevant certifications as listed.
