About the Role As an Employment Solicitor, you will: Manage a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters for both employers and employees. Provide advice on workplace disputes, redundancies, TUPE, discrimination claims, and contracts of employment. Act for a prestigious client base, including multinational corporations, SMEs, and high-net-worth individuals. Engage in business development activities to grow the firm's presence and expand client relationships. About You To thrive in this role, you will need: 2-6 years PQE in employment law gained at a reputable firm. Strong technical knowledge and a proven track record in handling complex employment cases.
