BUSINESS SUPPORT OFFICER (ADMIN)
Winfrith Newburgh
Temporary to Permanent
DBS Required
Salary £22,pa / £11.54 per hour
Mon to Fri
37.5 hours per week
Immediate start
Do you have previous admin experience and hold a DBS?
Confident in dealing with admin tasks using multiple softwares?
Our client is seeking a BUSINESS SUPPORT OFFICER (ADMIN) to join their team.
This is a fast-paced office administration role.
You will be required to multi-task accurately and be a team player.
* Strong admin skills are required.
* Strong communication skills required (Contacting contractors and customers)
* Maintaining an up-to-date log of all current contracts (including issues)
* Maintaining up to date records and producing reports from the various IT systems
Within your CV, you must show evidence of the following skills:
* College / University education level or previous experience of working in a fast-paced office environment.
* Strong working Knowledge of IT Systems – Windows based applications
* Good communication skills – Via telephone, email and word processing
* Ability to prioritise workload and pay attention to detail
* Accurate Data Input
Candidates must hold:
* Passport or Birth Certificate with proof of National Insurance
