As Manufacturing Manager, you'll oversee daily workshop operations and ensure production runs smoothly from concept to completion.
Oversee workflow across CNC, assembly, finishing, and dispatch
Manage production schedules in line with project timelines and install dates
Implement efficient systems for job tracking, quality control, and process improvement
Lead and motivate a team of 15-30 skilled staff, including supervisors, joiners, and CNC operators
Ensure machinery uptime, quality standards, and H&S compliance are consistently met
Liaise with design, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless coordination
