Hospital To Home Officer
(Permanent - Full time (37 hours per week)
We are looking to recruit a permanent member of staff to an already existing team. To help us fill an exciting role within the Hospital to Home team. The role will be working out of our Leamington HQ location, with shifts that rotate 0930 to 1730 and 1000 to 1800 hrs.
This supporting the NHS, Public Health and our Fire Service strategies in making communities safer within Warwickshire.
As part of the role you must be committed to Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Adults whilst carrying out your work. You will also be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check. A current full UK Driving Licence
Able to effectively plan and organise own workload to meet deadlines, prioritising to satisfy competing demands and urgent and important issues.
Able to understand and interpret national guidance and legislation relating to WFRS policies
Ability to use a range of IT software to file and manage information and to create and amend documents
