A well-established London-based firm of Chartered Surveyors / Residential Surveyors is recruiting two Residential Valuation Surveyors to support an increasing volume of private client work.
The role will involve undertaking a broad range of residential valuation instructions, with a strong emphasis on quality reporting and professional client service.
Duties
* Help to Buy valuations
* Capital Gains Tax valuations
* Probate / Inheritance Tax valuations
* General private residential valuation work
Requirements
* AssocRICS / MRICS
* VRS registered
* Experience undertaking residential valuation reports
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage workload effectively and deliver reports to a high professional standard
