Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Location: Central London (SE1) | 3 to 4 days in office per week, remainder rom home.
Join a multi-disciplinary consultancy driving the transformation of the UK’s railway infrastructure. From refurbishing railway stations to railway arches, you’ll play a key part in modernising how the nation moves and interacts with transport environments.
You’ll be part of a small, collaborative architectural team that values creativity, pragmatism, and results. No endless single-project cycles here — you’ll manage multiple quick-turnaround refurbishment schemes from concept to completion, seeing the real-world impact of your designs within months.
This is a role for a “doer” – someone who loves rolling up their sleeves and producing quality design work across RIBA Stages 2–4!
Essential Requirements
ARB-registered, Part 3 qualified Architect
Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience
Proven background in building refurbishment projects
Proficient in AutoCAD 2D (or MicroStation)
Hands-on approach with strong technical and design ability
Confident working across RIBA Stages 2–4
Nice to Have
Experience in the rail sector
