Talentmark are recruiting for a Medical Affairs Professional to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis until the end of 2026 (inside IR35).
Salary:
£14.93 – £19.91 per hour PAYE (37.5 hours per week)
Medical Affairs Professional Role:
* Support the Medical Affairs team in coordinating and executing operational plans, ensuring alignment with broader brand and medical strategies.
* Coordinate and track Medical Affairs activities including real world evidence projects, advisory boards, symposia, consultancies and scientific exchange with healthcare professionals.
* Act as the originator for Veeva materials, supporting the preparation and approval of medical and medical education content.
* Coordinate with third party providers such as medical writers, agencies and external partners to support medical activities.
* Lead or contribute to Medical Affairs projects that improve operational efficiency, digital processes and team productivity.
* Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including Medical Affairs teams, brand managers, compliance, finance and external partners to support delivery of medical activities.
Your Background:
* Degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences or a related discipline.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes.
* Proven ability to coordinate projects and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
* Experience supporting Medical Affairs, pharmaceutical or healthcare environments would be advantageous.
* Experience using Veeva systems would be beneficial.
