Instagram Content Manager – Rich Diviney, former Navy SEAL
We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy student to manage and grow Rich Diviney’s Instagram presence. The goal of this role is to grow followers and engagement—an area we’ve focused on improving. You’ll be responsible for creating content that resonates, experimenting with formats, and leveraging platform insights to drive growth.
Responsibilities
* Create and post Instagram content aligned with Rich’s brand and message.
* Stay up to date on trending sounds, formats, and features to maximize reach.
* Experiment with engagement tactics to improve performance.
* Track analytics and adjust strategy based on what’s working.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of Instagram trends, features, and algorithms—comfortable experimenting with what’s hot right now.
* Ability to use AI and creative tools (e.g., Canva, Figma,…) to generate content and captions while maintaining an authentic brand voice.
* Strong eye for visuals and storytelling that connect with a broad audience.
* Interest in self-development, leadership, performance psychology, or Navy SEAL-inspired content is a plus.
* Proactive, resourceful, and eager to test ideas and learn from results.
