Job Overview
We are seeking to appoint a professional and enthusiastic individual to support the day‑to‑day running of the school and ensure key business areas are managed. The role will include Finance, HR, Estates and Health and Safety and serve as the primary liaison point between the school and Central Support functions.
The successful applicant will join a team of staff committed to supporting both the development of the MAT and the school they work in, ensuring it operates efficiently and offers the best educational experience possible to all its students.
Responsibilities
* Support the day‑to‑day running of the school.
* Manage key business areas: Finance, HR, Estates and Health and Safety.
* Liaise between the school and Central Support functions.
* Address day‑to‑day school issues and take on a wide range of tasks.

* Experience working with finance and budgets.
* Experience working within a busy office environment.
* Excellent communication skills.
