We are looking for a driven, relationship‑focused sales professional for our Area Sales Manager opening. Responsibilities
* Managing and growing sales of new and used construction machinery
* Developing long‑term relationships with contractors, construction hire businesses, and end users
* Identifying new opportunities and converting leads into profitable business
* Preparing quotations, negotiating deals, and closing sales
* Working closely with service and parts teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
* Keeping up to date with market trends, competitors, and product developments
Requirements
* Proven experience in field sales (construction plant, powered access, agricultural, material handling, forklift truck, or capital equipment)
* Strong territory planning skills, with the willingness to travel
* Must be a team player
* Hold a UK driving licence
