The Role
* Coordinating the day‑to‑day finances, ensuring efficient operations
* Overseeing all payments (incoming & outgoing)
* Managing the finance inbox and resolving queries promptly
* Chasing overdue payments and maintaining records
* Administering payroll and ensuring compliance
* Managing purchase orders and issuing invoices
* Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations
* Producing financial reports for senior management
* Ensure VAT, CIS, HMRC, and statutory obligations are met
The Person
* Experienced in accounting within the construction or FM industry
