As a Customer Services Representative at CARTERS Nelson you will enjoy huge variety in your role, based in the Showroom as the first point of contact for our trade customers, as well as supporting the yard team, operating a fork lift to load trailers for our trade customers and unload delivery trucks.
This pivotal role is important to help keep up the pace and our commitment to delivering exceptional customer services to our loyal customers. With opportunity to learn and progress, your main duties will be to:
1. Ensure a high level of customer service is always provided, and company policies are followed
2. Ensuring a safe & professional work environment is maintained
3. Identifying products quickly and efficiently
4. Processing sales documentation
5. Maintaining showroom stock levels & product displays
