Role: Payroll Administrator
Salary: up to GBP30,000
Location: Warrington
Working Structure: Initially Office Based
Contract: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
* Process end-to-end payroll in line with deadlines and compliance requirements
* Manage employee changes (starters, leavers, pay adjustments)
* Maintain accurate records of attendance, sickness, absence, and leave
* Conduct payroll audits and resolve data discrepancies
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. HMRC, pensions, finance)
* Administer statutory deductions and notifications through payroll systems
* Handle pension enrolment and compliance (auto and contractual)
* Support timely BACS payment processing
What You ll Need
* Solid knowledge of statutory and contractual payroll requirements
* Familiarity with Payroll, HR, and Time & Attendance (T&A) systems
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and resolve data issues
* Competent in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Payroll qualification at Level 3 (preferred)
* Skilled in delivering high-quality customer service and support
