Location: Pembroke Project: Synchronous Condenser Project Employer: Principal Contractor Role Overview: We are looking for a Mechanical Commissioning Engineer to join Principal Contractor on a synchronous condenser build in Pembroke, South Wales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the commissioning of mechanical systems, ensuring they are installed and functioning according to project requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Perform commissioning activities for mechanical systems and equipment. - Work closely with project teams to ensure mechanical systems are integrated effectively. - Identify and resolve mechanical issues during the commissioning phase. - Maintain detailed documentation of commissioning activities. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. - Experience in mechanical commissioning, particularly in large-scale projects. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Effective communication and collaboration skills.
