As a passionate Sisley ambassador, you will ensure the Maison's smooth daily operation in compliance with the brand's image and value.
You will lead and inspire your team to achieve ambitious goals while offering a personalized, high-end customer experience. You will develop a loyal national and international clientele and orchestrate exclusive events to increase the Maison's visibility.
Your Impactful Missions:
* Inspiring leader: coordinate and lead the Maison and beauty cabin teams, instilling a dynamic team spirit and guaranteeing excellence in service. You will oversee working schedules, sales goals and performance assessments.
* Business developer: actively enhance the brand’s reputation through networking, creating diverse events, and setting up external partnerships. You will strive to reach sales and treatment objectives, build brand loyalty and acquire new customers through innovative initiatives.
* Brand Ambassador: represent Sisley with passion and educate clientele on our high-end products to cultivate a luxury community.
* Operational Master: Manage the daily operations of the Maison, including inventory and budgets, with rigor and efficiency. You will manage the stock of products and promotional tools, coordinate the opening and closing of the Maison ensuring it remains attractive at all times and maintain updated client files. You will also provide a monthly summary of activities and results.
Your Profile
If you are a leader by example with solid experience in the luxury cosmetics sector and a proven sales background in premium beauty.
You are passionate about beauty, dynamic, and hands-on, possessing an entrepreneurial spirit and an exceptional sense of VIP customer service. Previous boutique management experience is preferred. Join the Sisley adventure !
