This setting supports children with varied diagnosis through 1:1 tutoring and alternative learning provisions. We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant / TA who can make a positive and lasting impact in the lives of individuals with Autism/ASD, ADHD, Moderate Learning Difficulties/MLD and Severe Learning Difficulties/SLD. We are seeking an organised and proactive individual to take on this day-to-day role, although there is potential for this to become a long-term placement for the right SEN Teaching Assistant / TA. They will demonstrate an eagerness to develop their own skills to adapt to the pupils’ individual needs and have a positive impact on the school. The position will involve working with students across Key Stage 1 and 2 with diagnosis of Autism / ASD, ADHD, and MLD / Moderate Learning Difficulties and Severe Learning Difficulties/SLD. A proactive thinker with great organisation and the ability to take control of situations confidently is necessary.
