We have two openings a Recruitment Resource Consultant AND a Recruitment Consultant.
The Role (Depending on Experience)
Recruitment Resource Consultant
* Structured Candidate sourcing using defined methods and tools
* Screening, interviewing, and managing Candidate pipelines
* Working closely with Consultants to actively fill Campaigns
* Progressing towards Consultant level through a clear development plan
Recruitment Consultant
* Delivering Recruitment Solutions across your own Client Desk – Sourcing Candidates / Booking Interviews / Offer Management etc,
* Business Development across an established Database and onboarding of any of your own Clients
* Providing Consultative advice to Clients and Candidates
* Be aware of Market Trends and Developments
* Being accountable to KPIs to achieve consistently high Commission
