Overview
Our ICT Service Operations team are seeking to recruit an ICT Asset Administrator. The successful candidate will be a passionate and dedicated individual who will assist the logistics team to oversee the ICT asset management solution.
Responsibilities
* Survey Innovates estate and maintain accurate records of all ICT assets in the master database (CMDB).
* Independently manage workload, adapt to changing priorities, and respond promptly to queries and urgent requests.
* Support ICT Logistics with stock control, reporting, and replenishment to maintain inventory levels.
* Coordinate disposal of redundant ICT equipment in line with WEEE regulations, ensuring secure data destruction.
* Act as a central contact for ICT asset matters, handling communications and documentation with stakeholders.

Requirements
