Realise is recruiting for qualified Early Years Trainer Assessors, covering learners in the Cumbria region.
As a Trainer, your focus will be to support learners to reach their goals through their Early Years Level 2, 3, or 5 apprenticeships or AEB short courses. You will be the first point of contact for your learners, providing the support they need to flourish through their learning journey with Realise.
While daily tasks may vary, your key responsibilities are likely to include:
1. Supporting a caseload of 45 learners across your region, both face-to-face and remotely
2. Delivering a range of award-winning qualifications
3. Creating appropriate solutions for your learners to ensure they have the best experience and develop their interests and careers
4. Utilising our e-portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey

The Salary
- Trainees with no teaching or assessing qualifications, or qualified Trainers delivering Level 3: £27,500
- Qualified Trainers delivering Level 5: £28,500
- Plus, earn up to £160 bonus for each learner you refer!

About You
* A Level 3 qualification in Early Years, or equivalent, is essential
* Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting
* An assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA, A1, D32/33, CAVA) would be advantageous
* A teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) would be advantageous
* Experience in building and managing your own caseload
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* IT competent with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
