Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider.
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team.
The main purpose of this Warehouse Supervisor role is to oversee the efficient day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring stock, deliveries, and materials are accurately managed and ready to support engineering operations.
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £38,000 - £45,000 P/A, depending on experience.

This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday: 06:00 - 15:00.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing daily warehouse and yard operations
Managing incoming deliveries, checking and allocating stock
Preparing materials and consumables for upcoming jobs
Building job-specific pallets for engineers
Maintaining stock levels of consumables, spare parts, and PPE
Ensuring accurate system updates and inventory records
Liaising with engineers, procurement, and operations teams
Managing returned materials and minimising waste
Maintaining warehouse organisation, cleanliness, and safety
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Coordinating equipment testing, certification, and maintenance
The ideal candidate:
5+ years’ experience in warehouse operations or supervision
Strong organisational and inventory management skills
Experience working within engineering or industrial environments (desirable)
Forklift licence (essential or highly desirable)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Proactive, hands-on approach with problem-solving ability
Good understanding of health & safety compliance
IT literate across Microsoft Office and stock management systems
