Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the
Quality in Design and Test Support
function, ensuring products meet the highest standards from concept through to delivery.
* Supervise test activities, providing direction and technical support to the team.
* Implement and maintain best practices in quality assurance within design processes.
* Analyse test data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions to improve product reliability.
* Support product development teams by integrating quality processes into early design stages.
* Liaise with Engineering, R&D, and Production to resolve issues, validate solutions, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality and testing functions.
Key Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline) or equivalent experience.
* Proven track record in
quality management and testing within a technical environment
.
* Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with experience guiding technical teams.
* Knowledge of quality standards and methodologies (ISO, IEC, or equivalent).
* Experience with test equipment, data analysis, and validation processes.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
* Background in manufacturing, electronics, or automation sectors is advantageous.
