Job Title: Contract Services & Office Admin

Established 15 years ago and headquartered in London, my client is a specialist Financial Services consultancy with a proven track record of working with some of the world's largest financial institutions. With offices in London, New York and Bangalore, we have delivered significant transformation and change for both Banking and Insurance clients, globally. We are practitioner-led: our consultants are Subject Matter Experts drawn from the Banking and Insurance sectors; all have deep industry experience.

Main Purpose:

* The purpose of this role is to provide contractual and office management support as outlined.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assisting with production and issue of client contracts.

* Preparation and issue of Associate contracts.

* Review of IR35 risk for new engagements.

* Assist the Head of Legal with contractual administration where appropriate.

* Preparation and issue of NDAs, Commission Agreements etc.

* Follow up and chasing of outstanding client/Associate paperwork.

* Keeping an Associate renewal diary and manage Associate renewals.

* Managing Associate onboarding including set up on the company systems, new email addresses, building pass cards, company documentation, onboarding instructions etc.

* Arranging pre-engagement background screening including set up, follow up, status review and escalation of any potential issues.

* Arranging the company/Associate travel and accommodation (both domestic and international).

* Dealing with Associate issues and queries.

* Assisting with permanent staff new starter onboarding.

* Managing office health and safety including liaison with Peninsula regarding compliance audits.

* General office duties including ordering stationery and other miscellaneous office supplies; managing confidential waste, printers/photocopiers etc.

* Assistance with quarterly HMRC employment intermediaries and IR35 client returns.

* Liaison with building management and IT support provider.

* Responding to employment verification/reference requests.

* Undertaking regular GDPR compliance exercise.

Who are we looking for?

Someone that works both independently and collaboratively, in a timely, well organised manner, paying close attention to detail and ensuring risks are well managed.

Experience and Background:

* Will be experienced in contract management, procurement and basic contract law.

* Highly experienced in navigating IR35 regulations during contract negotiations.

* Ideally, will hold a relevant certification in Contract Management or Procurement, but will consider candidates with strong hands-on experience.

* Knowledge of public sector procurement processes.

* Excellent communication skills and a positive can-do attitude.

* Ability to build effective relationships and rapport across the Company, at all levels.

* Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

* A team player but also someone who uses their initiative when necessary and can work on their own
