Senior Document Controller

Summary
Provide a professional and high-quality document management service; accountable for controlling the receipt, management, and transfer of all information on Agratas, in accordance with project team, contract, and client requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety processes to promote safety throughout all activities.
* Manage the project Document Management System(s), including uploading, downloading, printing, collating, distributing, and maintaining all data accurately, ensuring proper receipt, checking, monitoring, registration, and distribution to relevant stakeholders.
* Support team members with professional administration services to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
* Lead a team of document controllers and/or assistants as required, developing and implementing project procedures and guidance to deliver excellent service.
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients, supply chain, project team, and contractors to ensure system integration and effective communication.
* Provide regular progress reports on document status, including drawings, RFIs, TQ registers, and technical submissions, as per project or contract requirements.
* Maintain confidentiality and secure storage of documentation and drawings, adhering to company and project security standards.
