Employment package – £12.21 per hour, £40 sleep‑in allowance, Employee Assistance programme, Funded DBS, Industry recognised training and qualifications, bonus reward scheme.
Vacancy – Permanent two‑week working pattern at 15 hours a week, working 10:00 to 15:00 Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Options for overtime available.
What does a typical day look like at P4A?
Well, the truth is there isn’t one. Each of our service users are different and their independence goals are personalised. Adaptability is at the core of who we are as a service, respecting that each client is an individual is the key to success. The following activities are commonly included:
* Attending appointments, weekly shopping, etc.
* Emotional and mental wellbeing support.
* Administering and assisting with medication.
* Support with budgeting and understanding finances.
* Preparing and/or supporting with meal preparation.
* Health and fitness activities such as swimming, gym, trampoline parks, etc.
* Building social skills through leisure activities like bowling, pool, meals out.
* Promoting independent travel with support on public transport services.
