Area Sales Manager – Pipes & Fittings
Location: North & Scotland
Remuneration: £35,000-£45,000 + negotiable bonus.
Benefits: hybrid company car & full benefits package.
Responsibilities
* Field sales position, selling a manufactured range of pipes & fittings for the drainage, water, sewage and gas industries.
* All of your time will be selling to national & independent builders merchants, plumbers merchants & civil merchants.
* Key accounts include: Keyline, Travis Perkins, BSS, JDP, Jewson Civils, Frazers & Wolseley.
* Inheriting a well-established area.
* Good blend of account management and new business development.
Ideal Applicant
* Ideally with field sales experience within the building products or related industries.
* Must be hungry, dynamic and full of energy.
* Will consider internal sales experience or working with a builders merchant.
* Open to branch staff looking to step into field sales.
* Background in building products is required; knowledge of the civil market place is advantageous.
* Ambitious, strong organisational skills and excellent communicator.
* Committed to building a career.
