Monday to Friday: 9:00am–6:00pm (with a 1-hour unpaid break)

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Relief Pharmacy Dispenser/ Counter Assistant or Trainee to join our amazing team at Right Medicine Pharmacy. In this exciting relief role, you’ll provide essential support across our Buckie, Lhanbryde, Lossiemouth & Aberchirder pharmacies helping ensure smooth and high-quality service for our patients—wherever you're needed most.

What You'll Be Doing
As part of our professional pharmacy team, you’ll work closely with Pharmacists, Technicians, and Assistants to deliver outstanding patient care and service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the preparation and dispensing of prescriptions
Labelling, endorsing, and ordering medications accurately
Supporting the coordination of daily and weekly prescriptions
Helping ensure prescriptions are ready for collection or delivery
Engaging with patients and customers to provide friendly, helpful service
Who We're Looking For
Whether you're an experienced Pharmacy Dispenser or someone looking to take their first step into the pharmacy world, we want to hear from you!
You’ll need to be:
Friendly, approachable, and professional
Reliable, well-organised, and detail-focused
Passionate about providing excellent patient care
Comfortable working in a busy environment
Flexible and able to travel between branches (car driver preferred)
Training & Development
Already qualified? We’ll help you take the next step with Accredited Checking Dispenser training .
Just starting out? No problem—we’ll support you with all the formal training and learning you need, including some coursework outside working hours.
