We're recruiting an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead the safe, efficient, and high-quality operation of Ferry Leisure Centre. This is a key leadership role within a live operational environment, with full accountability for compliance, health & safety, service delivery, and commercial performance against contractual KPIs. You will provide visible leadership to site teams, champion a customer-first culture, and ensure facilities are consistently safe, clean, and professionally presented for both elite athletes and the local community.
