We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to deliver coordinated business support across the company. This role focuses on providing structured administrative support to the CEO, MD, and Senior Leadership Team, managing calendars, meetings, and confidential correspondence, as well as managing customer queries, complaints, and claims. Strong organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential.
What you’ll do
* Provide executive support: scheduling, travel coordination, agendas, minutes, and project assistance.
* Act as the central point for customer queries, complaints - investigating issues and ensuring timely, empathetic resolution.
* Manage claims from notification to closure and liaising with insurers.
* Maintain accurate records, produce reports, and recommend process improvements.

* Proven experience in executive-level administrative support and complaints management.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Highly organised, discreet, and proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Empathetic, proactive, and able to work independently.
