Bank Residential Team Leader
Salary: £14.12 per hour
Hours: Bank - Zero hours includes day and night shifts
Shift Times: Shaw healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring Bank Team Leader who is ready to make a positive impact at xxxxx, situated in xxxxxx. The purpose-built service provides residential and nursing care for older people with physical frailty, and for older people living with dementia.

Job Responsibilities
* Lead by example, providing guidance and support on shift to promote best practice.
* Administer and record medication safely in line with Shaw policies and procedures.
* Report changes in residents' needs or well‑being promptly to the Line Manager.
* Communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues.
* Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date care plans and documentation.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience working with older people in residential care.
* Completion or working towards your NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
* Flexibility, patience, caring, organisation and strong interpersonal skills.
* Ability to lead a team and use own initiative.
