We are looking for a proactive and customer‑focused Neighbourhood Manager to play a vital role in creating safe, thriving communities. In this dynamic role you will manage a diverse housing patch, act as a visible ambassador for the organisation and build strong relationships with residents, partners, and local stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high‑quality tenancy and estate management services.
* Support sustainable tenancies and lead on resolving anti‑social behaviour through a proactive partnership‑led approach.
* Conduct home visits and tenancy audits, support new lettings, and tackle community safety issues.
* Ensure neighbourhoods are well‑managed and welcoming.
* Collaborate with internal teams, the police, and community organisations, contributing to local initiatives and improvement plans.
* Handle resident concerns and complaints effectively while identifying opportunities to deliver efficient, cost‑effective services.
